ABOUT
|
Formed in 1999, the Extreme Team has combined the talents of gymnasts, tumblers, and trampoline specialists for their unique acrobatic slam-dunk performances. Their combination of high-velocity trampoline dunks, breathtaking acrobatics, and unmatched showmanship rapidly made the Extreme Team one of the most sought-after halftime shows in the NCAA, NBA and other basketball leagues around the globe. The group tours nationwide during the basketball season and members of the four-man squad have performed for every NBA team, and hundreds of NCAA teams. During the off season the group adapts their show for a variety of events including festivals, extreme sports shows, corporate programs, promotional events, and TV appearances. They have performed abroad in Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. In 2001 the Extreme Team set 2 official Guinness World Records on national television. |
